I'm a career DIYer and am not in the habit of paying people to do work I can do on my own. Recently I had spent a couple weekends sanding my own floors, and when I went to source the finish I found that the stores that sell the really good products don't sell it to DIYers. Then I got nervous that something would go wrong during application so I decided to call in the pros. Seymour Flooring was the third quote I got, and while not the lowest priced (darn close) they were the one that I decided I would most want in my house for a few days. They scheduled my job and were out to start within a couple of weeks. Let me just say that I have never been happier to pay someone to work on my house. They brought 3 guys, and they really busted out the work but also made sure the details were right. What they accomplished in about 8 hours would have taken me several days, probably longer. If you're thinking of renting the equipment and doing this yourself, don't bother. You'll need a minimum of three rented machines, you will struggle to get the good finish, and you'll kick your own butt doing it. Running those sanders is like wrestling a bear for hours straight, and to top it off, the rental shops don't even rent the really good drum sanders. Oh, and did I mention you'll be in a house without furniture for the whole time?Seymour doesn't charge that much on a per square foot basis, so save the DIYing for something else and hire these guys to do your floors- you'll be glad you did.

Tyrone and Corey came and repaired my floor after a remodel for the kitchen and they did an awesome job. They quoted me an amazing rate, but after I saw how they did we paid them higher than the quote as their work was awesome. I would recommend this team to anyone. They work hard and their finished product shows it.

After 13 years of dogs, kids, dirt and us, The floors needed to be sanded and refinished. we had about 5 different companies come in and give estimates.
